Like most people, I spent years struggling with poor sleep. I'd try a new pillow, a new supplement, a new
gadget
— only to find it either didn't work, overheated me by 3am, or fell apart after a month. The reviews I found
online were either sponsored fluff or written by people who clearly never used the product.
So in 2020 I started tracking everything. I kept a sleep journal, wore a tracker, and began systematically
testing products the way I'd want someone to test them for me — honestly, over multiple weeks, with real
metrics.
SleepWiseReviews grew out of that process.
Today every review on this site is based on real personal testing, reader feedback surveys, and when relevant,
sleep science research. The goal is simple: help you spend money on things that actually work and avoid the
ones
that don't.
